La Golfista - Terms and Conditions
What you need to know
1. Placing an order
In order to make a purchase you will be invited to register your basic information to allow contact and delivery. Following this process you will be directed to a secure payment gateway where you can pay by either Credit or Debit Card.
Alternatively you may call us with details of your order whereby we will happily take an over the phone payment.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Maestro.
2. Payment
Payment will be authorised upon completion of your order and your goods will be despatched.
3. Confirmation
Your order will be processed upon receipt of confirmation that your payment has been authorised. You will then receive an e-mail detailing your order reference number followed by another e-mail confirming despatch.
4. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any time up until despatch has taken place and a full refund will be provided.
5. Delivery
We endeavour to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days of your order. Delivery will occur Monday - Saturday. Please note that every effort is made to deliver your goods within the 2-3 day timescale however in exceptional circumstances delivery may take up to 7 days to arrive. You will however receive confirmation via e-mail as soon as your order is despatched.
6. Mainland UK Delivery Cost
Delivery is FREE when spending OVER £100.
All deliveries under £100 will be charged at a standard rate of £2.50.
7. Non-mainland UK & Overseas Delivery
Please e-mail us if you would like orders shipped to Non-Mainland UK or overseas whereby we shall quote a suitable carriage charge.
8. Returns
Please tear off the returns section of your delivery note and complete the required information. Please post the items back to us at La Golfista Ltd, 26 Baynard Avenue, Little Dunmow, Essex, CM6 3FF in either the original packaging or a similar secure package.
A full refund will be provided less delivery costs unless the item/s are returned due to fault in which case delivery costs will be refunded.
La Golfista Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss during the return carriage therefore we recommend recorded delivery is used.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the card holder at the earliest opportunity following the receipt of returns.
Refunds will only be made if garments are returned in their original condition with labels still attached.
Your statutory rights are not affected when purchasing goods from La Golfista Ltd.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will fully refund you excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty) as long as a return is made within 28 Days of purchase.
11. VAT
VAT is included within all prices stated on the website at the current rate of 20%.
12. Goods Description
Descriptions of goods are provided by the manufacturer therefore La Golfista Ltd cannot guarantee accuracy. Should the description be incorrect in any way, a full refund will be provided if you are not satisfied with the product.
13. Charitable Donations
5% of net profit on all orders placed will be paid to the Lady Captains charity at your club via the Lady Captain on a quarterly basis. This donation is only payable if your Lady Captain has registered her information on the website. Retrospective registrations from the Lady Captain will happily be accepted.
14. Prize Vouchers
You may exchange La Golfista vouchers to the value indicated wholly or partly for La Golfista items listed from time to time on our website (www.LaGolfista.co.uk). La Golfista Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of issue. La Golfista vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered. If your order exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card when redeeming online or by cheque if redeeming by telephone. If you return any item supplied in return for a voucher we will credit your account with the value of the item. No cash refunds will be given. Our normal terms and conditions of purchase apply to items supplied in exchange for a voucher.
